Sheet masks are THE latest skincare trend. Not only are they fun to take snapchats with, but the cotton allows for the utmost absorption and radiance. Here are a list of my die hard favorite sheet masks, whether it be for moisturizing, brightening, clearing, or tightening… there’s one for every skin type. And don’t forget to always wash your face prior to application!

Aging or Sun-Damaged Skin:

Although I’m only 19, I truly believe in starting the fight against wrinkles early, so I occasionally throw in an anti-aging sheet mask! These masks are the absolute best for removing any dark spots, wrinkles, and fine lines on the face.

Tip: I like using the sheet masks below, and then a dermaroller to get the absolute best result.

Skin Laundry Wrinkle Release Facial Sheet Mask ($12)

I absolutely swear by this mask. After my first use, I definitely noticed a difference in the fine lines on my forehead, as well as my frown lines. Not only does it battle against wrinkles, it also hydrates and brightens, while leaving a soothing feeling on your skin. Absolutely a great investment for tighter, smoother skin!

Lancer Lift and PlumpSheet Mask with Vegan Stem Cell Complex ($35)

This is definitely one of the most luxurious sheet masks I’ve tried and it honestly was one of the best skincare decisions I’ve ever made. If you’re seriously struggling with wrinkles or sun damage, then you’ll be thanking this mask once you try it.

Acne and Oily Skin:

Everyone gets a pimple every once and a while. These masks will help fight acne of the past, present and future.

Tip: Get a cleansing system, like the Clarisonic, and get the anti-acne facial brush head.

Dr. Jart+ Clear Skin Lover ($12)

s1907252-main-LheroI know that this mask might freak you out – I mean I get it, it’s rubber – but I swear it’s fantastic. The first step is to apply the serum all over your face, and then apply the actual mask. The mask has an incredible grip so I never feel the need to readjust it (which I typically feel like I’m constantly doing with other sheet masks). You can wear it for as long as 40  minutes, and you won’t even notice it’s there!

Karuna Skin Clarifying Duo ($12)

This product comes with spot treatments as well as a sheet mask. If you have any pesky, lingering breakouts then I’d give this mask a shot! It treats pimples individually, and then gives it an overall deep clean!

Dry Skin:

I personally love hydrating sheet masks. I use them regularly, partially because I have naturally dry/combination skin, and also because it gives your skin a stunning natural glow.

Tip: Exfoliate prior to using the mask in order to achieve a deeper hydration and remove dead skin cells.

Tatcha Luminous Deep Hydration Lifting Mask ($25)

I know what you’re thinking: this mask is outrageously price for a one time use, and I agree with you. However, I tried this mask for the first time today and I am completely sold. The packaging is stunning and the actual product transformed my face from being dry and scaley, to smooth and dewy.

Dr. Jart+ Water Replenishment Cotton Sheet Mask ($7.50)

I tend to use this mask whenever I have any red, flakey skin. It calms down the redness while providing a deep hydration, making later makeup application much smoother (but make sure you give the serum to sink in for about an hour before putting on makeup)!

Dull Skin and Dark Spots:

Our skin can frequently look dull, especially when we’re tired (or hungover). These masks will wake up your skin and leave you looking radiant!

Tip: Regularly use a toner after washing your face (twice a day!).

Wei Rice Sprout Express Glow Illuminating Mask ($12)

If you’re struggling with dark spots or dullness, I highly suggest trying out this mask. One individual mask is sold for $12, but you can get a pack of 6 for $60. If dark spots and dullness are something you have constantly been struggling with, then I highly suggest treating yourself and buying these masks! There’s also typically leftover serum in the mask bottles, so I like to save it and then soak cotton pads for later application on my face (it’s like a DIY mask!).

Peach Slices Brighen Mask ($2.49) & Frudia Citrus Brightening Mask ($1.99)

These two are also amazing Korean products. They’re sold at a fabulous price and continual use will show incredible results! You can buy them now at any CVS, which makes them even more desirable.

Large Pores:

There’s nothing more annoying than having large pores, which are typically found on the t-zone. If you’re in need of pore minimizing, then give these masks a try!

Tip: You might think I’m nuts but I swear by apple cider vinegar. Sure, it isn’t the most pleasant smell, but it makes for a great toner when you’re struggling with enlarged pores.

Peach Slices Tighten Mask ($2.49)

This Korean face mask will give you instant results. I’m not saying your large pores will go away entirely, but they will definitely show significant shrinkage. I like doing this after I get out of the shower (where I deeply exfoliate my face using hot water). That way the product will seep deep down into my pores since the hot water/steam and exfoliant opened them up so much.

Dr. Jart+ Pore Minimalist Black Charcoal Sheet Mask ($7.50)

This mask does a flawless job of detoxing your skin and reducing the appearance of pores. If you have black heads alongside larger pores, then definitely try this product!

Combination Skin:

Having breakouts and dry skin at the same time genuinely causes me stress, but with the help of this one particular mask (and peel), I’ve found the cure.

Tip: Having a skincare routine that works for you and that you genuinely follow will make all the difference for your skin in the long term. It’ll ensure that your skin’s oil levels balance, leaving with you with a clear complexion.

Primary Raw DoYou 2-Step Milk Peeling Kit ($6)

This two step peel and sheet mask targets breakouts and bumps on the skin through step one, while keeping it hydrated with step two. I promise it REALLY works, and it takes less than 25 minutes! I prefer doing this at night and then applying all of my night creams afterwards.

I hope you all enjoyed this post and that you find the mask of your dreams!
