Summer’s Must-Have Haircare Products!

Caviar Repair RX Fill & Fix Treatment Masque ($45)

Best For: Dried, damaged hair. This mask realllllllly moisturizes your hair and fixes your split ends. My advice for use is this: do NOT put it on your roots, and make sure you fully  wash it out! You apply it in the shower and then remove it after 2-3 minutes! It’s super easy and the results are amazing .

Amika Nourishing Mask ($28)

Best For: Dull, dry hair. If your hair is lacking shine, then I really recommend this product for you. I blew out my hair after using this mask, and it made the straightening process so easy. It also left my hair with the perfect level of shine – I highly recommend!

Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Deep Conditioning Mask ($36)

Best For: extremely dry, frizzy hair. When my hair dried after I used this, it was extremely hydrated and frizz-free! If you have had the keratin treatment done then this is especially perfect for you, considering that it doesn’t contain sulfates (which break down your treatment quicker).

Shampoo & Conditioner

L’Oreal Paris Hair Care Expertise EverPure Repair and Defend Shampoo and Conditioner ($12.44)

Best For: Damaged, dry hair. L’Oréal has some of the best hair products, particularly shampoos and conditioners. Their sulfate-free formula keeps your hair shiny, smooth, and frizz-free for hours after washing. My hair naturally dries perfectly after I use this shampoo and conditioner!

Rahua Color Full Shampoo ($34) & Color Full Conditioner ($34)

Best For: Colored and bleached hair; it’s particularly great for blondes. This shampoo will keep your hair’s color from fading and developing a brassy or ashy tone!

Briogeo Blossom + Blossom Ginseng + Biotin Volumizing Shampoo ($24) + Conditioner ($24)

Best For: Thin, broken hair. This shampoo instantly volumes and hydrates the thinnest of strands! Must-have for those in need of help for more full-bodied hair.

Hair Oil

Moroccanoil Treatment ($34)

Best For: Hydrating and smoothing hair. I like to use this product right after the shower before I comb out my hair. It smells so good and keep my hair frizz-free and soft all day.

Verb Ghost Oil ($14)

Best For: People who have had the keratin treatment. This oil is sulfate-free and completely tames frizz. I use it after I shower and it keeps the ends of my hair so smooth!

L’Oreal Paris Hair Expertise OleoTherapy All Perfecting Oil Essence ($7.53)

Best For: Hair lacking luster and shine. Not only is this product sold at a great price, but it also really works! It creates an unmatchable shine and smoothness – one of the best oils I’ve tried!

Dry Shampoo

Klorane Dry Shampoo With Oat Milk ($20)

Best For: Cleansing hair between washes, ridding oil, and adding volume. While using this product, spray it about ten inches away from the scalp and let it sit for about a minute or two. In order to dissolve the product into your scalp, either use a hair dryer, a brush, or your hands to gently work the product in. This product is great because it’s gentle and perfect for those with a sensitive, oily scalp and doesn’t leave any excess residue. It has a lovely, refreshing scent as well!

Heat Protectants

Alterna Haircare Caviar Anti-Aging Perfect Iron Spray ($30)

Best For: Using prior to blowdrying, straightening, or curling hair. This product locks in moisture and fully protects your hair from damage. I have been using this for about two weeks and I absolutely love it. My hair is never left feeling crunchy or frizzy; it feels soft and has the perfect amount of shine after use.

Kérastase Miracle Reshapable Heat Lotion ($40)

Best For: Using prior to blowdrying, straightening, or curling hair. I like this heat protectant because it makes the blow out process so much easier. It controls frizz while allowing you to really style your hair! It’s a bit expensive, but it’s a fabulous product.

eSalon Get Heated Thermal Protect Mist ($11)

Best For: Using prior to blowdrying, straightening, or curling hair. The best way to use this protectant is right when you get out of the shower (before brushing out your hair). If I use a flat iron after I blow out my hair then I reapply it before doing so! It’s especially great for anyone who has a treatment in his/her hair – color, keratin, etc.

Hair Tools

The Wet Brush Hair Brush ($9)

Best For: Brushing out wet or dry hair without damaging it. It’s great for all hair types and brushes through your hair with ease!

Aquis Lisse Luxe Hair Turban ($30)

Best For: Towel drying your hair. I especially love the turban because it allows you to twist your hair with ease and then button it at the top, without damaging or ripping your hair!

Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer ($399)

Best For: Blowing out/ drying your hair.  It dries your hair soooo quickly and makes very little noise – it’s shocking how quiet it really is. Great for anyone who doesn’t want to disturb their roommate or family members!
