The Best Eye Products to Add to Your Skincare Routine
March 14, 2018

As 2017 is coming to a close, I’d like to thank my most trusted products for getting me through the year. December was a month filled with some amazing finds: my makeup, skincare, haircare, and clothing collections have all grown in both quantity and value thanks to this month’s finds. Keep reading if you want to know what you’re missing out on.

Setting Powder:

MAC x Patrick Starrr’s Setting Powder ($34)

This powder is so refined that it instantly sinks into your pores without looking cakey. This holy grail of a product can be used in two ways: the first is to bake the under-eyes, and the second is to lightly dust over the places where you put your concealer. If you tend to get oily or like a more full coverage look, then I suggest the baking method (taking your beauty blender, dunking it into the powder, setting it onto where you put your concealer, and removing it after a few minutes). If you like a more natural finish, then just lightly dust this product for an air-brushed look!

Eyeshadow Palette:

Jaclyn Hill x Morphe Palette ($38)

Jaclyn Hill is hands down one of the best beauty gurus out there. Her palette with morphe has all the shades you could absolutely need and is sold at an affordable price. The palette consists of 35 different eyeshadows, with beautiful transition shades, beautiful shimmers, and pops of color. The consistency is like butter and allows for the easiest application.

Jouer Cosmetics Essential High Coverage Crème Foundation ($38)

This foundation is EVERYTHING. It is high-coverage, light-weight, long wearing, and has a matte finish. The foundation itself has both cucumber and chamomile extracts, as well as hyaluronic acid and a tripeptide complex. It is both great for your skin and provides the most beautiful coverage. This product truly is a holiday miracle, thank you Jouer!

Sheet Masks

The Creme Shop Face Masks: Raspberry & Yogurt and Lavender & Honey

These affordable, korean sheet masks are sold in CVS and online. I absolutely fell in love with these masks. I notice a change in my skin after each use and no other masks have kept my acne and hydration so controlled for so long!

Vitamin C Serum

Skin Ceuticals C E Ferulic Serum ($165)

“A daytime vitamin C serum that delivers advanced environmental protection and improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, loss of firmness, and brightens skin’s complexion.”

Creme de La Mer ($170)

“This highly coveted moisturizer is known for its power to hydrate and heal dryness in as little as three days. Miracle Broth™ softens, nourishes, soothes, and gives skin the energy it needs to focus on repair, while the powerful antioxidant lime tea protects against stress and pollution for a healthy-looking glow. Skin looks instantly radiant and naturally balanced as imperfections fade.” Perfect to use before applying your foundation!

“Recharge your dehydrated skin while you sleep with this innovative mask. It’s formulated with highly concentrated Hydro Ionized Mineral Water to deliver high doses of moisture to stressed, parched skin. Calming Sleepscent™, infused with orange flower, rose, and sandalwood, and it relaxes and comforts while apricot and evening primrose extracts to brighten and purify fatigued skin.”

Heat Protectant

Ouai Memory Mist ($28)

This product primes your hair prior to heat application. It’s a heat protectant that gives you shine and a better hold for your curls!

Dry Shampoo Paste

R+Co Badlands Dry Shampoo Paste ($28)

This product is a dry shampoo and styling paste all in one. I like to add it to my hair prior to curling and afterwards. If you rub it into a few pieces, your hair will have a voluminous, beach-like texture (while looking effortless)!

Wave Spray

Ouai Wave Spray ($26)

Watch this video (click on the word ‘video’) to see how I use the Ouai Wave Spray! So easy to do and it looks amazing.

Bell-Bottom Sleeves

Forever 21 Pink and Black Long Sleeve Tops ($15.90 each)

These flare sleeves excite any basic winter look! Pair with a pair of jeans, boots, and a cute coat!

Statement Coats

Fur Coat ($119) Velvet Jacket ($198) Moto Jacket ($198)

Spice up any outfit, fancy or casual, with a statement jacket! The easiest way to look stylish and put together.

Jeans with Accents

Zara Jeans: Velvet Stripe ($50), White and Red Stripe ($30), Eyelet Jeans ($50)

Throw on a plane t-shirt or silk blouse and you’re ready for a stylish day and night look!
